That is exactly why we make our Gouda stroopwafel jars in our pottery factory on Middelblok, just outside Gouda.

Stroopwafels and Gouda belong together
The stroopwafel originated in Gouda. What once started as a simple treat made from leftover dough and syrup has grown into a product that is now sold worldwide. Yet the city of Gouda remains inextricably linked to the stroopwafel.

Our stroopwafel jars from our own factory
In our own pottery factory, we make various models of jars for stroopwafels. Each jar is cast, glazed, and finished by us. This allows us to maintain control over quality and appearance.
We work with ten standard Delft Blue designs, including:

These standard designs are applied by printing after casting and glazing. This ensures a sleek and recognizable result that is well suited for everyday use.
Luxurious look with hand painting
For smaller quantities, it is also possible to have a stroopwafel jar painted entirely by hand using a personalized design. This gives it a more luxurious look and makes each jar unique. In addition to our standard collection, we also make personalized pottery. Companies such as Boskalis, the Port of Rotterdam Authority, Damen Shipyards, and the Dutch Ministry of Defense have already opted for their own design or logo on a stroopwafel jar.
