Cross delft red tulip pattern

Delftblue with red tulip  Crucifix handpainted and made in the dutchceramics Delft atelier in Holland. Original delftware from our red tulip series. This delft ceramic crucifix measures 20cms and has a litte hole for attachment on the wall.

The crucifix in general is probably the most important symbol in the Christian tradition and religion. The crucifix can found not only in Roman catholic but also in anglican and  lutheran circles. Other protestants display the crucifix without the body of Christ.

This ceramic cross has been signed by the artist, and is marked ``handgeschilderd made in Holland``. Crosses in delft floral design or in a color floral design are also available and will be soon on display in our online shop.
